DuraMax Oar Blade

The Sawyer DuraMax Whitewater Oar Blade is our go-to oar blade for our favorite oar, the Sawyer Polecat. This 7" x 30", aluminum cored, fiberglass filled, polypropylene synthetic blade works great with any one of Sawyer's MX-S or PoleCat series oar shafts as well as any Cataract and Carlisle shafts as well (will be 2" longer than stock). The quick-detach blade uses Sawyer's innovative TiteSet Blade Lock, a large Delrin set screw that locks the blade tightly into the shaft while avoiding the jamming & looseness associated with push buttons. High pressure molded blade that utilizes a custom formulated fiberglass reinforced polypropylene for strength, flex, rebound and tenacious durability. Unequaled in long-term performance value.
