Convertible Oar Rights

NRS Convertible Oar Rights provide the best of both worlds by allowing you to lock your oars out when you want, then unlock them so you can feather the blades in the water. Simply flip up the spline on the oar right, and you've converted it into a simple oar stop, allowing you to twist the blade in the oarlock.

The Convertible Oar Rights will fit on Sawyer or Cataract oars with rope wrap, or can be used on bare Cataract or Carlisle oars in combination with the Carlisle Plastic Stopper Sleeve.

• The spline of the Oar Right fits between the horns of an open oarlock to "lock" your oar blade in position for the most effective stroke.
• You can still feather the oar blade by simply tugging the oar in so the spline of the Oar Right clears the oarlock horns, or you can flip the spline up and out of the way for easy feathering.
