Grab a set of the Better Mount Bimini Mounts to add a bimini to your boat to protect yourself and your passengers from harmful UV rays. This mount system is designed to fit standard 1/4” bimini hardware so you have the flexibility to choose the best bimini for your rig. Setup is simple! Just bolt the mounts to your frame and use the pins to attach your bimini. 

These bimini mounts come in two sizes, short and tall, and are designed for either 1.25” aluminum frames (with a ~1.66" OD, such as NRS) or 1.5” aluminum frames (with a ~1.9" OD, such as DRE). The taller version will allow a bimini to fold either way, and also provide more clearance around oar towers compared to the short version.

  • Includes two bimini mounts, with pins, u-bolts and nuts 
  • The mounts, pins, and u-bolts are unpolished stainless steel for long life in wet environments.
  • Nuts are plated nyloc flange nuts - no more washers to keep track of!
  • Nuts require a standard 1/2” (13 mm) wrench
  • Pins fit standard 1/4" diameter bimini fittings, and lock into place with included springs and flip tips.
  • Tapered holes allow for easy installation and removal - no more stuck u-bolts!
