4CRS Annual Spring Boat Swap & Sale
2020 ONLINE ONLY COVID-19 SPECIAL EDITION!
May 9 – May 17, 2020
Each spring, we hold our annual Boat Swap & Spring Sale, here at 4Corners Riversports. Normally we fill our parking lot with tons of used kayaks, rafts, canoes, IKs, stand up paddle boards, paddles, PFDs, river gear and more, but this year is a little different thanks to COVID-19! For 2020, we will be doing the swap ONLINE! We’ll be going live with all the used equipment on May 9th and will run the sale for an entire week! We’ll also have all our new inventory or boats, boards and gear in the store discounted at 15-50% store / site wide.
GEAR DROP-OFF PROCEDURE
* Due to the Safer La Plata order, we will be scheduling a specific drop off date and time between May 4th to May 8th with you once we have received your form. We will give you specific drop off instructions at that time.*
- Please bring and wear a face mask or bandana while checking-in or unloading gear.
- Our check-in assistant will hand you a copy of your digital check-in receipt with a copy of the waiver you sign and list of each item. They will also give you a set of tags that you a responsible for checking accuracy and then properly affixing to the correct item.
- Preferably, you will unload your own gear yourself into our designated cleaning zone. Our employees will direct you where each item needs to go. We will provide you with sanitized hangers for any apparel. Please DO NOT bring your own hangers. If you need assistance unloading, please let us know and we will have someone help you while adhering to social distancing protocols.
Please be aware that we will be allowing all gear to sit in the sun for several hours each day to help disinfect or dry gear. We will also be using garment and surface sanitizing procedures advised by San Juan Basin Health, which may include chemical treatment when possible / necessary. All gear will then sit in storage with minimal employee contact to help keep us all safe.
USED GEAR MAIL-IN PROCEDURE

All used gear must be received no later than May 8th.
We will call you if your items do not sell and arrange for return shipping or the possibility of ongoing consignment of items we select. You are responsible for the cost of any return shipping.
PURCHASED & UNSOLD GEAR PICK-UP PROCEDURE
We will allow all purchased gear to be picked up between 10am and 4pm Monday – Saturday. Make sure you select Local Pickup at check-out if you want to pick up your gear at the shop. Feel free to call us and we can bring your purchased gear to your vehicle, or have it ready at our outdoor pick-up zone. Please bring a copy of your ID and a physical or digital copy of your receipt.
Unsold gear must be picked up by 5:00 PM Monday May 25th. *All gear that is not picked up within 1 week will be considered donated.*
Please call us to arrange an unsold gear pickup time. We will have your gear waiting for your outside for pickup at your specified time.
