While we strive to keep as many items in stock as we can, we are limited by the fact that we are a relatively small specialty retailer that struggles to compete in the online mega-retailer world of today. We are at heart a brick-and-mortar retailer run by paddlers with a passion for paddling and getting others stoked on paddling.
With that in mind, please note that our website is a catalog of products that we carry and is not always an exact reflection of what we currently have in stock. Many items on our site can be “drop shipped” directly from the manufacturer with little or no increase in transit times. For many out-of-stock products we put a “lead time” in the assumption the manufacturer has these products in-stock and can drop ship them immediately, which is not always the case. Please contact us directly if your lead time is critical. We will contact you as quickly as possible regarding any out-of-stock items on your order that will incur more than a 1-2 day delay from what is listed as the lead time. Although we strive to keep our pricing and inventory as as current and correct as possible, we are humans (dirtbag paddlers at that!) using databases and computers, and pricing mistakes sometimes happen. Customers will be informed of any major price discrepancies prior to shipping.
Our guarantee is simple and straight-forward: You must be satisfied. If you receive an item that you are not completely happy with, return it before use and we will replace it or refund your money within 30 days of your original purchase or ship date. See above for more details on returns. If you have used the item and are unsatisfied with it, please contact us with the reason you are dissatisfied with and we can discuss options for consignment or a pro-rated exchange at our discretion.

Found the same product at a better price? We’ll try our best to match it!
We realize that price point is a big factor in shopping, so if you find a lower price offered by another vendor on any item listed on our website or in our retail store, we’ll try our best to match or beat that price or package deal.
Items must be in-stock in both our store and the competing store in order to qualify for price matching. We will try to meet or beat any advertised price you find out there, but may have to decline to match certain blowout/ closeout pricing or items with promo code only discounts.
To request a price match, use the form to contact us or give us a call at 1-800-4Corners any time during our business hours. Please provide a link to the competitor’s offer in your correspondence. Price match requests must be submitted before the order is placed and cannot be applied retroactively to processed orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Wrong size? Wrong color? Not happy? Contact us or call: 800-426-7637 or 970-259-3893 to get a return authorization number. We will happily exchange, credit or refund any non-special order item up to 30 days from purchase. All returns must be unused, have all original product tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item(s) have been inspected and approved, we will credit your to your original form of payment minus shipping charges if applicable, issue store credit or exchange the item per your request. Items returned after 30 days from purchase will be eligible for store credit or exchange only. We cannot accept returns on used items or special order items that we don’t regularly stock. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any items that were special ordered (i.e. an item that we normally carry but is not in stock).
