Kayak Shipping

Kayaks under 8 feet in length, and/or kayaks with indicated "Free Shipping" will ship at no charge. A shipping charge may appear for accessories ordered with the kayak. Kayaks and Canoes over 8 feet in length will ship motor freight. For these, $50.00 (which will appear at checkout) covers the first $100.00 in freight. Amounts over $100.00 will be added to the order. We will confirm all charges prior to shipping.

Oversized Items

Oversize items are subject to additional shipping charges. One piece kayak paddles ship for $14.95. Other oversized items have a flat $25 rate which will appear at checkout in the "Shipping Total" line. Oversized items without a flat rate are based on weight and/or dimensions. You will be contacted via email with a shipping total once you submit the order. We will not ship your order until we receive your confirmation. Items such as (but not limited to) water containers, dry boxes, one-piece oars/paddles, barrels, firepans, tables, frames and frame components, rafts, and catarafts are considered oversize items. All products exceeding 108 inches (9 feet) in length or 150 pounds in weight must be shipped via Motor Freight.

International Shipping

Overseas shipping on boats, oars, frames, and aluminum dry boxes, you will need to contact your freight forwarder to handle the transaction. We will ship to the freight forwarder only within the continental United States. International orders are subject to taxes, duties and broker fees. Such duties and taxes will be billed to you separately by the shipping company.

Motor Freight

Most Rafts and Frames, must ship via Motor Freight. All products exceeding 108 inches (9 feet) in length will be shipped via Motor Freight. Shipping is based on weight and/or dimensions. You will be contacted with the shipping total before your order is shipped. Please call for details 800-426-7637.

To Your Door Freight Deal:

For any new kayak over 8 feet, canoe or raft purchased: $50.00 covers the first $100.00 in freight. Amounts over $100.00 will be added to the order. We will confirm all charges prior to shipping.

Shipping Information and Policies:

We ship primarily with United Parcel Service (UPS) and air shipments with UPS air services. Some items which exceed UPS size limitations (i.e. kayaks, canoes, rafts, frames and one piece oars) can only be shipped by motor freight. Contacts us or call: 800-426-7637 for shipping rate.

P.O. Boxes must ship United States Postal Service (USPS) and will be untracked.

All shipments outside of the U.S:

Contact us or call: 970-259-3893 for shipping rate. Shipments outside of the U.S. must be prepaid air (parcel post, Express, or freight) and it will be the customers responsibility to clear customs.

Hazardous Materials:

We can not ship Hazardous Materials. All paints, solvents, adhesives, and resins are classified as Hazardous Materials.

Return or Exchange:
