Reservation Information

Payment

To secure your place in a class, we require a full deposit at the time of booking. A full refund less $15 processing fee will be given for cancellations notice more than 15 days before class start date. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations 7-14 days prior to the start date. No refunds for cacellations 7 days or less than the start date. If for any reason 4CRS has to cancel class, you will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule into another 2009 class at no charge until 7 days prior to the class start date. If you reschedule within 7 days of your class there will be a $15 rebooking fee.

Included

All necessary paddling equipment and transportation during class will be provided. Lunch is only included with classes if indicated as such in the class description.

Schedule Changes

All classes/itineraries are subject to change due to water levels, weather conditions, road/travel conditions. When the Animas River is over 2,000 cfs, beginning classes frequently will focus more on stroke work and roll instruction, with less time on the river.

Note

We reserve the right to cancel any class/clinic/trip that does not receive a minimum number of sign ups. For Kid's classes the minimum is 3 students. For Adult's classes the minimum is 2 students. If class is cancelled, please consider Private Instruction. Call for more details.

Gratuity

Tips are greatly appreciated, 15 - 20% is common.
