The QR (Quick Release) Belt has a guaranteed minimum slippage at 1100 pounds. It is made to release quickly and easily with no more than 25 pounds of pull on the release tab. The QR is designed to replace worn rescue belts on type V rescue PFD's. It is not meant to be used with non-rescue jackets.
