A smooth and durable system to be used in conjunction with the NRS Stern Seat Mount. Taken from the drift boat industry, this system utilizes smooth pulleys and a large cam-cleat to secure the rope. Mounted slightly to the right and in front of the rower for easy accessibility and operation. Anchor & Rope not included.
