Longitudinal fiberglass mixed with Graphite braid offers a unique torsional energy return system; the more torque put to the shaft, the tighter the braid gets; the tighter the braid gets, the more stable the longitudinal fibers. Combine the MX-FG shaft with the feel and flex of the White Ash blade with VG tip (graphite face/Dynelltm edged) and you have the finest oar available today. The MX-FG comes with a 4 pound counter balance.
