D-rings provide attachment points for just about anything you want to secure to your canoe: float bags, packs and gear, spare paddles, etc. A 1" (2.5 cm) D-ring is probably the best size for all but the most demanding applications. Our 1" D is built of stainless steel for superior strength and resistance to corrosion. The D is bar tacked to 1" webbing, which in turn is secured to a heavy-duty 36 oz PVC base by a series of box stitches. The 5" (12.7 cm) diameter flexible pad can be installed just about anywhere on your hull as it will conform to the hull's curvature.

Our 2" (5 cm) D-ring provides added security to give you peace of mind. 2" (5 cm) stainless steel D-Ring and 2" (5 cm) web connection provide maximum strength to hold the biggest loads or resist the strongest, most persistent yanks and pulls. Oversized 6" (15 cm) flexible pad provides added surface bonding area for positive installation. Recommended for use in Royalex canoes and PVC inflatables.
