Looking for the absolute best in freestyle kayak performance? Accept nothing less than the Jackson Rock Star.
Jackson took their ever popular Star series boats and made them even better! Shorter, faster, with more pop for aerial moves, a looser hulll and dropped chines for precision moves. All of this plus refined rocker profile, more volume and a higher seating position make the RockStar the most advanced freestyle kayak on the market today.
Experienced playboaters will immediately notice the faster yet looser hull and higher seat that offer much more speed, pop and leverage for big moves. Intermediate paddlers may have their hands full at first, but will soon appreciate the performance aspects of the Rock Star over the Star, especially the faster hull. Beginner paddlers and those looking for a down river playboat may want to stick to the well-rounded performance of the Star series. Or just throw yourself into the Rock Star and step up your freestyle game that much faster!
For 2012, Jackson has switched to Linear molding only and has eliminated the Elite models. The Rock Star still features the Sweet Cheeks 150 seat bag, but now comes standard with foam foot blocks. Happy Feet foot bags can still be purchased as an add-on accessory.
